2020 Summer Camp

Summer 2020 we are offering 11 weeks of summer basketball camp at our facility starting Monday, June 22, 2020.

Please note: Summer camp schedule, start times and duration have been modified in response to current regulations.   

HEALTH AND SAFETY: We will be offering 2 half day sessions. Each session will be a duration of 3 hours, 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm. There will be a limit of 30 participants per session. Our facility is equipped with 9 baskets. We will utilize social distancing by spacing the players out into small groups. There is a one person limit for walking participants into the facility.  Anyone escorting participants in will be required to wear a face mask. In efforts to minimize congregating in the lobby area, we encourage parents to drop-off participants once they have signed in. Players are required to wash their hands prior to stepping on the the court. Participants must be picked up promptly at the end of their camp session. Our facility will be CLOSED daily from 12pm-1pm for an hour of comprehensive deep cleaning in between the camp sessions. All participants must exit the building.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Participants must pre-register/pay online prior to arrival. Due to capacity limits we are unable to accept walk-ins at this time. Players are limited to participating in one half day session per day.  Before and after care is not available at this time.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Basketball labeled with your first and last name. If you don't have a basketball, we will provide one.
  • Water bottle labeled with your first and last name. Water ($1) and Sports Drinks ($2) will be available for purchase. Access to drinking fountains is not available at this time.Summer camp at the Pat The Roc Basketball Skills Academy is an experience that each player remembers for a lifetime.  Our state of the art training facility and dedicated staff of elite trainers, create an environment that allows each player to develop and learn the fundamentals of the game. JUNE 22-JUNE 26

Sign up now for our signature "OUTWORK" week long basketball camp.  What does OUTWORK mean?  Our philosophy at the gym is "Good" players workout, but "Great" players outwork!  This camp will instill the work ethic, drive, discipline, and skill needed for each player to maximize their potential on the court.  We will focus on all the core skills of basketball, ball-handling, shooting, footwork, defense, and conditioning. This is a great camp for any player looking to outwork the competition! 

 

JUNE 29-JULY 3

Sign up now for our signature "CROSSOVER" week long basketball camp.  At CROSSOVER camp the players will learn to master the art of handling the basketball with confidence, along with the core fundamentals of the game, which include shooting, passing, footwork, defense, speed, and agility.  There will be special guest speakers during the week to demonstrate the importance of being able to handle the basketball and master the crossover dribble! 

JULY 6-JULY 10

Sign up now for our signature "JUMP SHOT" week long basketball camp.  At JUMP SHOT camp the players will learn to master the art of shooting the basketball with precision, along with the core fundamentals of the game, which include shooting, passing, footwork, defense, speed, and agility.  Every coach loves a player that can shoot the ball, so why not take this offseason to improve your shooting accuracy.  Players will learn the proper form, mechanics, and drills that will help them shoot the ball with confidence!

JULY 13-JULY 17

Sign up now for our signature "FUNDAMENTALS FIRST" week long basketball camp.  At FUNDAMENTALS FIRST camp the players will learn to master the art of playing the game the right way.  No matter what your skill level is, every player needs to have an arsenal of solid fundamentals.  Skills will include shooting, passing, footwork, defense, speed, and agility.  By the end of the week players will confidently handle the basketball and master the crossover dribble! 

JULY 20-JULY 24

Sign up now for our signature "HOOP DREAMS" week long basketball camp.  At HOOP DREAMS camp the players will learn to develop a new love for the game of basketball.  Every player needs to have a dream or goal that they wish to reach as a basketball player.  This camp will give you the spark you need to be inspired to work harder on the court.  Skills will include shooting, passing, footwork, defense, speed, and agility.  By the end of the week players will be inspired reach their hoop dreams!  

JULY 27-JULY 31

Sign up now for our signature "TOTAL GAME TUNE-UP" week long basketball camp.  At TOTAL GAME TUNE-UP camp the players will have a chance to tune-up any flaws that may be in their game.  They will learn the importance of working on every aspect of their game.  This camp is a perfect boost for any player looking to take their game to the next level.  Skills will include shooting, passing, footwork, defense, speed, and agility.  

AUGUST 3-AUGUST 7

Sign up now for our signature "COMPLETE PLAYER" week long basketball camp.  At COMPLETE PLAYER camp the players will learn the importance of having an all around balanced skill set.  Players will develop the ability to maximize both ends of the floor, offense and defense.  Players will be corrected on any bad habits they may have developed over the years.  Fundamentals will include shooting, passing, footwork, defense, speed, and agility.  

AUGUST 10 - AUGUST 14

Sign up now for our signature "CROSSOVER" week long basketball camp.  At CROSSOVER camp the players will learn to master the art of handling the basketball with confidence, along with the core fundamentals of the game, which include shooting, passing, footwork, defense, speed, and agility.  After this camp the crossover dribble will be second nature!

AUGUST 17 - AUGUST 21
