Basketball Breakfast Club

In remembrance of Kobe Bryant and his impact on the game of basketball, we are running a 8 week BASKETBALL BREAKFAST CLUB course for those athletes looking to develop the work ethic, discipline, and mamba mentality that Kobe displayed on the court, which was obtained through his early morning workouts.  Bryant would wake up 4am everyday to train and gain the advantage over his opponents. This is what was said about Kobe's morning workout routine:

"Kobe Bryant didn’t become one of the greatest basketball players of all time simply because of talent. He became great because of 4 am. Because of two-a-days and five-a-days. He was great because he was willing to put in the work every single day. 4 am, 7 times a week."
