6AM Breakfast Club Workout
The early bird gets the worm! Now you can get in the gym at 6am and develop the proper habits of a great player by rising early to achieve your goals. This class will instill the work ethic to become the player you want to be. Gain access to this 1 hour workout of ball-handling, shooting, game moves, and conditioning. Get a head start on your competition and put the work in before you head to school! This 4-week program will run every Tuesday 6am-7am, May 24 - June 14. Purchase all 4 weeks or drop-in upon availibility. Athletes must register in advance. (No Membership Cards For This Class)
