Stay fit, stay healthy, and stay active in our "Adult Group" group workout class, designed for adults ages 30 & over. Our 60 minute class consists of the basic fundamentals of basketball. No prior experience needed. We invite all skill levels, Men and Women to participate in our inclusive enviroment once a week as we help you maintain your physical fitness through light basketball cardio in a fun and friendly environment.
What We Offer:
- Flexible Schedule: Drop-in any Thursday night after work | class runs 7pm-8pm
- Fit "FUN"damentals: Learn the basic skills of the game.
- Expert Coaching: Receive detailed instruction and personalized feedback from our experienced coaches.
