Get up to 500 shots in just 30 minutes with our shooting machine workouts. Get more reps in less time! Our Dr. Dish shooting machine workout will help you develop the muscle memory needed to become a lights out shooter.

Develop the in game confidence you need in our developmental 5-on-5 youth league. We offer seasons year round! We also offer a class during the week called "Pick-Up and Play" class where you can compete and play against your peers.
